This is very special, tasty veal. Calves are humanely raised
in the pasture, by grass fed nurse cows.
Because our veal is milk and pasture fed it is "rose" in color vs. the conventional, confined, milk-only, pale veal.

Sold by 1/4 veal calf at $7.00/pound.
Average 1/4 calf is about 25 - 30 lbs. or about $200 (Approx. 4 shopping bags worth). All of our veal is cryo wrapped in plastic and fresh frozen.
Most packages are 1 - 2 servings.
