Humanely Raised Veal

This is very special, tasty veal. Calves are gently raised in the pasture, by grass fed nurse cows.

2008 Prices

Sold by 1/4 veal calf at $8.00/pound.
Average 1/4 calf is about 25 - 30 lbs. or $200 - 240.00. All of our veal is cryo wrapped in plastic and fresh frozen.

Most packages are 1 - 2 servings.

Average 1/4 veal calf package includes:

  • 6 pks Veal cutlets (scallopini)
  • 6 pks Chops
  • 3 pks Stew Meat
  • 6 pks Ground veal
  • 6 pks Osso Bucco
  • 2 pks Veal Steaks
  • 1 pk Calves liver
  • 1 pk Soup bones

We prefer to sell by the 1/4 calf, but if you only want specific cuts see individual prices below:
